Most students regularly travel home to visit family, friends and celebrate special occasions. As a student, this could mean a return to the house every day if you are a commuter student or a return home on weekends and holidays, if you live further. Choosing a school is close sometimes preferable if you want to stay at home to keep your costs low and allows more of a transition period.

You may have opportunities for local employment or participation in church and society that would participation in a local school better. The schools that are located outside the city itself does not allow you to manage more responsibilities you have when you go to college, such as shopping for groceries, pay bills, repair shops, etc., the independence of living away from home has its challenges, but is generally considered a positive experience of growth.

Christian schools are now very large, what facilities on campus for students who are generally on housing such as dorms or campus apartments, campus, dining facilities, postal services, laundry services, student activities, employment opportunities and so on.
